The Old Lookup

The Old Lock Up
"The area of the junction in this picture postcard 'the old lock-up' is now a crossroads/roundabout and the lock-up has been removed to the junction of Stafford Road and Sellman Street, not far from the church (St Lawrence)."
"There is an entry at the top of the hill, to the right of the white house (which in my time was the doctors surgery) which leads to the barn, school, and church."

The Barn
"[It was] next to the church. The barn was still standing, though derelict, in the late 50's but had definitely been pulled down (!!) by the mid 60's."
